How can I order?

I sell my items in two ways - by shop updates and by joining my waitlist (coming soon!). Pieces take several weeks to several months to make and the shop is usually locked whilst I am making. When I have an update coming up I will send out a newsletter (and you’ll see me posting about it on social media). For most updates, newsletter subscribers will have 15 minutes early access. I will send out a password on the date of the update that will work from the update time. After the shop has been open for 15 minutes, the password will be removed and shop accessible to all.

Do you accept commissions?

I am currently working on creating a waitlist. This is mostly for mugs I have already made rather than custom orders.

Where do you ship to?

I’m in the UK and currently ship to: UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, France, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Slovenia, Poland, Austria, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, South Africa. If your country is missing, please get it touch and I’ll try to add it. Shipping is based on weight and varies significantly between countries. Customs and tariffs may be payable.

Are your pieces dishwasher safe?

In short, yes they are. However, I recommend hand washing where possible.

Are your pieces microwave safe?

In theory, yes. The clay and glazes used are microwave safe but I do not test them in the microwave and recommend avoiding if possible. The exception to this are pieces with gold on - this is real gold and is NOT microwave safe.
